The big switch - cheaper utilities
1 Answers
I'm not in a situation to take advantage of this but I thought others might be interested to know of an action plan being organised jointly by Which and 38 Degrees whereby in a few weeks they will negotiate for everyone who signs up to the campaign to get cheaper gas and electricity.
Over 60,000 people have signed up so far and they are going to negotiate with the companies to get the best deal for all those customers as one group, hoping that the sheer number of people involved will result in a good deal. Whether it will work I don't know.
Details are of the campaign are here http://blog.38degrees...7/the-big-switch-q-a/ - note that there is no obligation to switch once you've expressed your interest.
You can sign up at either site:-
