just relaxing, will have bath and shave soon then get ready to host quiz night tonight.
i'm watching the 2 hour M*A*S*H finale that i recorded last night .. i've seen it before several times but i'll never tire of seeing it. there is humour, drama, pathos, all the elements. and i don't mind admitting to getting a little weepy-eyed.
i believe it had the highest ever viewer rating when it was first aired (was it really 30 years ago?)
anybody else seen it?

A great series. I remember Alan Alda in an interview many years ago saying that he wished the series didn't have canned laughter when it was aired in the US, he would have preferred it as it was aired in the UK. I think it used to be on Sky years ago when we had Sky and the canned laughter totalled ruined and cheapened it. It used to be on BBC2 I think when it was first aired. Love Alan Alda and the Colonel and his horse, Sophie - or was that his wife???
