need someone who's read all harry bosch
7 Answers
i've read the black echo and the black ice, and have just started the concrete blonde. (This is the order amazon say michael connelly wrote them).
The opening scene is the one where harry shoots a bald man, who is reaching under his pillow for something.
I know about this, but don't know how. If this is meant to be after black ice, then why is it mentioned in there?
i'm confused dot bloody com!

This is the book order cris, I've read them all but the early ones years ago. They're a fantastic read, enjoy. Don't forget his other (non HB) books, they're very good too.

thanks rocky = i bought three short stories for my kindle to see if i liked him, and i really did. But, at the end, a sample came up from the drop. With an offer to buy it, i just had to know what happened.
Of course, i really regret it now and just hope it doesn't spoil them for me - seeing as i know what's happening to him right now!
T'was a foolish thing.

I've read all the Harry Bosch books over a few years, and I regret to say I can't remember which is which now. I recall the one were he shoots the man who was reaching under his pillow (for his wig). I think it was referred to again in a later book about Bosch killing a man for the wrong reason. As rocky says the books sometimes mention previous cases, which is a bit naughty if you haven't read them all. One of my favourite authors though.
