name of kids tv prog

anyone remember in late 80s / early 90s that kids tv prog (UK) that was based in a burger joint and it featured a strict female manager and the day-to-day expolits of the staff? i think it was on CITV maybe on just before Home & Away? If you can remember it - what was it called?!?! It's been driving me mad all weekend!!
