Mr Q and I are huge Montalbano fans but I've noticed that in this latest series he seems to be a little fuller in the face and not quite as attractive as he used to be when he got his shirt off. Also he's getting a different girl every week!

Love this programme but can't understand the lack of traffic on Sicily, the only cars ever seen are to do with the police of characters in the show. Can't be the Italy I've been to, or is Sicily like that?

I tend to watch it on tape, and speed up the action (the subtitles are still legible at the second setting), and he has a rolling gait, as do all the actors!
