Oli was my favourite too, but they made the right decision on the night.

Unbelievable level these chefs are at now, Oli was a star especially at 22 ..... but actually the real star of this series was Tom Kerridge, when Anton and Keri went to The Hand in Flowers, he wasn't the routine Chef/Patron, he nurtured them through, helped made them feel special and they raised their game. It was such a difference from the shouty, aggressive Michelin Starred chefs we normally see. Anton and Keri's confidence must have been buzzing after working with Tom Kerridge and I think it showed. Brilliant series this year!!

I loved Oli all the way through but I didn't think he was as strong as Anton or Kerri.

I actually thought the ending was a bit pants actually, I wanted a winner, not 'winners' and I found it a bit of a cop out to be honest. Personally I think Anton is a better chef than Kerri and he would have been my choice to win. I really don't like that there's two winners at all.

Completely agree with Slapshot. After working as a KP for some years I realised how awful and foulmouthed some chefs are. Some on the other hand were just like Tom.

Yes slapshot I'm a big fan of Tom Kerridge he's normal,not like Marcus Waring who was horrible to them.

Slapshot, I would quite happily go to work for him. He comes across as a very patient, lovely man. My Dad is taking us to the Hand and Flowers in the Spring....I can't wait! Plenty of duck-fat chips please! lol

I emailed the restaurant straight after that was aired just to pass that message on, wouldn't normally do that but it was just so nice and unusual to see, I got a lovely message back from the man himself (hopefully) Hope I get to eat there some day.

Agree with some here, Oli was my favourite but he didn't deserve to win tonight and I think Anton should have got it. Marcus Wareing is my favourite chef, if you demand perfection you can't always be nice and I expect Tom acted slightly nicer than normal because it was being filmed.

couldn't post earlirr as was occupied bu thought that anton should have won. as far as i could see he had a definite edge on keri. her pudding must have been sweeter for pot*** he** to vote for her.

I think one of the reasons that Mr Spud voted for her was the impact that she had on the galaxy of chefs yesterday....I thought Anton deserved it - his pub isn't that far away....mmmmm?
