Where is accidential killer John Stape when you need him. He would have taked care of her. I think they are both playing the part well and Kirsty leaves in 2013.

He has no legal rights to the baby because she didn't put him on the birth certificate. I can't see how marriage will solve this as he still won't be the father in the eyes of the law.

I think when they get married (thats if she hasn't killed him by then) that he will persuade her to have his name put on the birth certificate and then "hey presto" he will have rights.

and what a beautiful baby she is, isn't she? If Kirsty leaves they could always bring her back later to kidnap Ruby -maybe best to kill her off so poor Tyrone could relax a bit :o) I agree they are both very good in the storyline-rosy

The acting in this storyline is brilliant. Kirsty plays the part exceptionally well and Tyrone's lost and hopeless look, even when pretending to be happy for Kirsty, is very convincing. I couldn't watch last night when she attacked him again. Cannot wait for her to get her comeuppance !!

I think High that he HAS to be named on the birth certificate and DNA won't alter this fact, sadly.
