Has any one got the recipe from the Hairy Dieters show a lady had lost 8 stones her husband used to make them for her with pork?

There are plenty of web references to the Hairy Bikers being shown how to make the dish when they visited Lancaster but the actual recipe doesn't seem to be online. However it's probably similar to this:
