Lovely program, I thought I knew quite a bit about dogs as they are my love, but learnt a few things tonight.

Did you know that you're not suposed to speak to a guide dog until the owner says you can, and especially when the harness is up.

Yes, one of my friends Dad was blind & had a guide dog, people should use their common sense not to distract any dog that's working.

Yes I do know, and it can be quite dangerous to distract a guide dog when it is guiding, it has a very demanding job to do and is very good at it if left alone.

Just watched it now and thought it was amazing. My daughters gave me a book a couple of years ago which I have never read. Whilst watching the program I turned to look at it and saw its called Endal (the assistance dog). Will def be reading it now :)
