I do love this programme and often think the guests are even more strange than the guests.

That big woman didn't half boss the staff about when she became temporary manager!! Then she had the nerve to say the staff had no respect for Mark - and she had ???? She was always shouting him down .....

You have to remember that the producer of the programme has probably said to to the guests and staff be as offbeat as possible so making the programme more interesting. If you really think it happened like the film shows you are living in dreamland
