Doh just found it, trouble is i gave the wrong Transporter bridge name. Its the Newort Transporter Bridge that spans over the river Usk. And the film well it could be one of two ... Tiger Bay (1959) or The Other Side of the Underneath (1972). I seem to remember Hayley Mills being in it so Tiger Bay is what it was...sorry for any confusion!!!!
