I am watching this series for the first time, even though I think it has been on before. I think that Bradley Walsh is a very good actor, and the programme is really good, even though it is on at 11pm.
Does anyone know if there is another series planned?

There has been 6 series so far and the 7th will be shown from this May.

Another series well worth watching is Murdoch's Mysteries.

There is an ongoing story line in the background but each episode has a proper start, middle and end as far as the murder is concerned.

I started watching it recently in series 8 or something and ended up buying series 1 - 3 on dvd.

Did the same thing with Death in Paradise. Started watching in series 3 so bought 1 and 2. :)

Even though some of the cast in Law and Order have changed during the time I have been watching this series,,I have to say that they have fitted in seamlessly. I like the new member, Paul Nicholas, who appeared last night
