A few weeks ago when I was looking for a wedding outfit, there was nothing in the shops I liked - now this morning going out with my mother I found something suitable in every darn shop I went into - Now that I went and bought fabric and a pattern and am making my own. Got a nice outfit for my mother, a lovely skirt and longline jacket in Lavender blue - it looks lovely on her with a pearl grey blouse, shoes, bag, hat and gloves to match

Yup I'm a 'lady' and I luv Spikey (my hubby's nick-name )
Had to take the original fabric back a there were 'slubs' in the fabric, too many to cut around, so instead of au de nil, got peach and ivory, looks very similar to Kate's mother's outfit at the royal wedding - I think I said before.

No! I'm very happily married thank you DTC, Daughter of my husband's best friend, she lived with my parents for her last year at Cambridge, hence their invite. Big posh do!!
