New Freeview Channels

A few weeks ago, GOLD, channel 20 on Freeview was replaced by the Drama channel. As you'd expect the channel shows repeats of many old shows.

I read in my TV magazine yesterday that the True Entertainment channel, Freeview 61, had also been added. This channel is currently showing repeats of Little House on the Prairie and The Waltons twice a day. This could help keep the kids amused while on school holidays if they can't get outside. A lot of today's youngsters will not have seen either programme before.

Shock horror - he used bad language. God forbid a child hears a swear word, but murder and rape is an ok concept for pre-watershed, family entertainment
