Webcam

Somehow I have lost all access to my built in Webcam,I have tried "system restore" but no good,how can I restore my webcam?.
I am using Windows 8.1 and the camera is "Motion eye",I think I have somehow deleted the programme/software that runs the Webcam.
I would appreciate any help/advice.

Anywhere on the tile page type
update device drivers

A box will open. Double click on 'imaging devices', then right click on webcam device (or similar).
Click on 'update device driver'.
