there is not much to go on as my friend is a bit forgetful,
it is possibly Dan Cruikshank presenting,it was last week some time but do not know the channel or the day but it was in the evening around 9pm,it featured the start of municipal parks and gardens with a view of the carpet gardens in Eastbourne and also a feature on the popularity of bandstands
