Belle Dingle / Emmerdale

I know I am being a bit nit picky but in all the Court coverage she called by the name Belle Dingle.

Her name is really Tinkerbelle, although I can understand her friends and family calling her Belle I would have though official places like a Court would refer to her as Tinkerbelle.

I'm probably wrong., maybe they are more relaxed these days.

I didn't know that was her character's real name! I would think she would be called Belle in court to make her feel more comfortable, given her age. I assume that is why the barristers and judge didn't wear wigs too.
