Did anybody else watch this documentary on Ch4 this week ? After the painful exercise that I went through to watch it, perhaps Ch4 should have re-titled it "Angry, White and Stupid"

What an indictment of our education system over the last 30-40 years it proved to be. Within minutes of it starting, these stupid white men were using the F word in front of a little girl, and it went even more downhill after that. I thought that the Policemen featured in the program showed remarkable restraint, having to deal with these slobs.

Obviously the programme featured the white bigots since they were the subject of the documentary.

There was occasional footage of some bigoted Muslims as well - and they are bigoted for exactly the same reasons, because that level of fear-based bigotry is inherent in the human nature of the frightened and hostile, whatever race or religion.

Cos their views aren't the same as yours?

52 mins ...A man with a flag with the words Scottish league

53 mins a Scot telling the coppers thy are as bad as the scum they are protecting.

Of course we now know that the program should not have been called 'angry, English and proud'

TALBOT in the first four minutes they show five men in a back garden, there is swearing and one of them uses the f-word toward a wee girl I took to be his daughter.

Now then TALBOT, I missed a few seconds and you also missed the wee girl being sworn at so it is an easy mistake to make is it not?

Of course it is, I fully agree.

I would have thought that the splinter groups fighting amongst themselves in Rotherham deserved a mention. It would have backed up the notion that these blokes are basically thugs who like to get a buzz every now and then.

I won't condone the actions of the Muslims who were taunting the Englishmen, they were equally in the wrong.
