'Tis excellent that Auntie have retained the same title music that was played when Patrick Moore was presenting the programme in his magical manner. I would be most appreciative of anybody informing me what the name of that music is. Thank you.

The programme's opening and closing theme music is "At the Castle Gate", from the incidental music to Pelléas et Mélisande, written in 1905 by Jean Sibelius, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Sir Thomas Beecham.
