Forgive me for posting this in Chatterbox rather than TV and Media, but I wanted to reach the widest audience.

"Cider with Rosie" tonight at 20:30 on BBC One is as good as any TV drama gets ! Absolutely ruddy marvelous ! I am still stunned by it !

The next time the Beeb is discussed on AB, remember this........any TV channel that can produce drama of such quality and sheer quality, is worth the world !

But what was the name the actor that played Laurie as a very young boy ?
The BBC website has an error in that it lists Georgie Smith as the actor, although this is a girl. Unless I am missing something ?

I so wanted to see this. I had a phone call just as it started the phone rang...I too read the book and seen another version on TV some years ago. One of those stories to see and read again.
