Jekyll & Hyde

Did anyone else see this last night - and do you agree that 6.30pm was far too early to screen it? I'm not surprised it's given rise to complaints. Horrible!

In the opening sequences someone is beaten very severely then you see a horrible face -enough for me if I were a parent of a small child to turn it off.. Some have said it could be similar to Torchwood or Dr. Who but I disagree as the violence on these programmes seems very tame and theatrical (lazer guns etc) where the violence on this programme is very real -beatings, shootings and a young boy gets his throat cut. I think this may turn out to be quite a good series, but I would have expected something like this to be screened well past the watershed.
