Yes, the wife made me sit through a couple of episodes because 'all the girls at work talk about it'. Entertaining enough but nothing new or groundbreaking as a criminal drama.

Think Idris Elba is the big draw to it for the female audience.

mushroom - I just enjoyed it. I didn't analyse it, although I could have picked holes in some of the story. Not the equivalent of Aiden Turner either. Luther has a certain 'presence', can't explain it, but definitely not my romantic type!!!

love the writing that neil cross brings in this programme love the actor idris elba he aint made a bad movie or tv programme in my eyes , its just not long enuff
