Did anyone watch this and if you did am I missing something as it didn't appear to be that informative. I didn't need to be told that if I receive poor service I am more likely not to return to a Restuarant gosh I didn't know that's!

Going by my past experiences of running restaurants & pubs, I would not advise diners to send their meal back, for whatever reason as you would be surprised what the waiter/waitress or chef might bring you back.

' extra ingredients' being added to a meal .
