There seems to be general agreement that it was just a studio set (e.g. http://answers.wikia.com/wiki/Where_in_London_is_the_church_that_Ross_and_Emily_get_married_in_Friends ) but I'm confused as to why B00 thinks that it was filmed in LA. Fountain Studios, Wembley might be a better candidate:

All of the few synopses I have read just say 'The Church' or 'The Hall' - wonder what they put on the invites?

It was a set in LA, but was supposedly in London. Sorry but can't do links I just googled where in London was the church Emily and Ross got married
