What Does "full Time" Mean?

Now we've reached the knock-out stage of Euro2016 here's a question I've never been sure about. If a bookie offers odds on the full time result of a match, does that mean the eventual result, or how the match stands after 90 minutes? If I bet on team A, and after 90 minutes it's a draw, but team A go on to win after extra time and possibly penalties, do I win my bet or not?

Full time = the 90 minutes plus injury time.

extra time does not count or if it comes to it penalties...90 mins only plus any injury time thats played is all that counts

It would usually have odds for 90 minutes (full-time) and different (usally lower odds) to win (inc 30 mins' extra time and penalties) one site I looked at now for the Wales and Ulster match is 21/20 Wales in 90 mins but 21/50 to win.
