At the height of this activity, they were sending 60 millions nuisance texts every month !

A few days ago, a Welsh-based series of companies were fined a record amount of money for making millions of nuisance calls.

Surely this shows that the Regulators are useless and that action should be taken much sooner ?

Only after they had made lives a misery for millions of people. My point is that the Regulators shouldn't be waiting for the BBC to make investigations....they should be acting much quicker and intervene into what is, at heart, a deeply dishonest business model.
It's always been a problems though, it used to be phone calls now it is text/emails.

I doubt the regulators have the cash to go after them and the reality is they are just a nuisance, there are many issues in front of this for the cash stakes.
