Can anyone tell me the title of the Choral music which backed the opening scenes of the first episode of the new series of ENDEAVOUR, screened on ITV last Sunday 4th. Feb?

I think it was Mozart's requiem in D minor,

Thanks, cashier. I`ve listened carefully to it but I don`t think it`s the Mozart Requiem. I`ve contacted ITV and am awaiting their reply. I`ll post it here when I have the answer.

Sorry, but it is NOT Mozart. It is Mendelssohn`s oratorio ELIJAH op. 70 No. 1 Help Lord Will Thou Quite Destroy Us
