It sounds like a classic problem with low signal strengths to me.
COM6 has probably moved to a different frequency in your area. (Provide the location of the relevant transmitter if you need that confirmed).
TV aerials should ideally have elements which are exactly the right length to 'resonate' with the frequency that they're designed to receive. So, in an ideal world, you should have a different aerial for each multiplex. That's clearly not possible, so we use aerials which are only a 'rough match' across a range of frequencies, meaning that they're better at 'pulling in' some multiplexes than others. Your aerial isn't well matched to the new COM6 frequency, so you only get a weak signal coming down the cable. Your TV set has got high 'sensitivity' though, enabling it to 'lock onto' those weak signals. However your YouView box has somewhat poorer sensitivity and can't cope.
