They sure were ugly scenes from where I was standing. I only went to the ballet in the Coliseum and had to get through that lot to get home because they had shut Charing Cross tube. I have never seen so many boneheads in my life.

When I arrived from the tube at about 2pm there were some really rough blokes who were effing and blinding. They started chanting some sort of silly football like mantra. At Trafalgar Square I saw someone set off a flare and I realised that it was something to do with Tommy Robinson. Meanwhile, I go the Coliseum watch the English National Ballet performing the Sleeping Beauty. I come out and all hell was let loose. Helicopters, police cars and the works. I had to go past where the rally (riot) was because I needed to go down to Waterloo. I always seem to be where the action is.

Just supposing the police didn't turn out.....decent folk who didn't need to be on the streets stayed far away.....what would these idiot do.
