I watch the old episodes of Corrie (2 per day on ITV3), and as has been stated in the press, Audrey's husband Alf died 20 years ago to the day that Lewis died in the current episode.

I've also just read that there's going to be a boat explosion...... just as there was about 20 years ago when Des's wife Steph (Amelia Bulimore) was killed.

I'm GUESSING they're going to write Simon out...... thank goodness:-)))

It was mentioned in the show last night that Lewis's death was 20 years to the day since Alf died.

Hope you're wrong about Simon - it would be a shame for Alex Bain to lose his job now he's a new father.

I did think the same Hc but i still think he's a terrible actor.
