But it is not just the countryside they also don't care to visit our Stately Homes, because they are attached to British Colonialism and Slavery.

It isn't just black and asian people who don't visit these places...I would suggest that the majority of white people don't or only do so very rarely.

I dont think that statement is quite correct. I am a lifetime member of the National Trust and as such visit many of these places. There are Black and Asian people there, not a lot but certainly representative of the percentage of the population (outside of cities) that they are.

No, that is not entirely correct. Well not if you have an interest in architecture, artifacts and landscapes.

They do, I saw a documentary some while ago about a West Indian ramblers club who had regular walks in the Yorkshire Dales.

I think one of the things city dwellers in particular may not be able to grasp is that Black and Asian people do not generally go 'en masse' or form sub clubs. They mix and so, well are not noticed.

No one cares about their colour just they are out enjoying our countryside. IT's people that keep trying to divide us that are the problem. Just ruddy live and let live.

I climbed Snowdon once, only to get to the top, to find about 50 rather large Muslim women, all in hijabs with hiking sticks, all doing a charity walk for breast cancer.

I know of a council who a few years ago provided a free bus for ethnic minorities only, in an attempt to encourage them to visit the countryside.

If anyone watched the recent BBC2 documentary ‘Pilgrimage to Rome’ when several celebrities of differing faiths and no faith took the pilgrim’s route from the Alps to Rome, they may have noticed that among them was a Muslim television presenter, Mehreen Baig. One part of the trek took the group through woodland and interestingly Mehreen said that she had never been in woodland before and that people of her culture would think it odd to want to be in such surroundings. This report appears to bear that out.
