For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Sofia Airport is over 250 miles from Sunny Beach, so you probably shouldn't be considering flights to there unless you've no option.
Varna Airport is 38 miles from Sunny Beach but not served by any flights from Ireland. (I'm assuming that you're still in Belfast, Pumpjack).
Bourgas Airport is 22 miles from Sunny Beach and is served by three airlines from Belfast International, BH Airlines, Jet2 and TUI Airways.(It's also served from Dublin by Aer Lingus).
BH Airlines flies that route on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays only but there are no flights after next week. (i.e. their final flights for this season are on 13 Sept). Their prices are between £115 and £132 one way.
Jet2 only operate flights on that route on Wednesdays, with their final flight of the season on 25 Sept. The outbound flights on 11,18 and Sept are priced at £75, £30 and £30 respectively but you get stung coming back on those dates, at £186, £320 and £320 respectively.
TUI only fly to Bourgas on Mondays. Their remaining outbound flights are on 9 & 16 Sept, with return flights on 16 and 23 Sept. Flying out on 9 Sept and returning on 16 Sept is currently offered as a RETURN fare of £221 but with just one seat left. Out on 9 Sep and back on 23 Sept is offered for £160 return (but with just one seat left). Out on 16 Sept and back on 23 Sept costs £269 (with 8 seats left).
Aer Lingus have outbound flights (from Dublin) daily until 16 Sept. Then their remaining outbound flights are on Wed 18, Sat 21, Mon 23 and Wed 25. They're all priced at €79.99. However their return flights (on 16, 18, 21, 23 & 25 Sept) are far more expensive at £513.99 on the first three of those dates, then at €378.99 and €478.99 for the last two respectively.

^^^ Minor typo in my 5th paragraph above:
The second sentence should start "The outbound flights on 11,18 and 25 Sept . . . "
BTW, if you're prepared to hire a car from Sofia Airport (because the public transport options take many, many hours), there are are no flights to there from either of Belfast's airports but Ryanair operate from Dublin without seasonal constraints.
