A Few Good Fiddly Jobs Sorted Today

Done an upgrade on my phone which was due, now got the Apple iPhone 11, persuaded Mr B to upgrade his, had to do it on my Sky account as I’m the account holder and he was with 02, rang my friend who’s husband works for the council, my black box that goes inside the blue recycle bin for papers, keeps getting nicked , I can only assume for planters ( saddos) he got me another , hoovered, dusted and got a casserole bin the slow cooker, all in all, a pretty productive half a day ....and relax

i am very jealous of all the people who have time to do their life admin at the mo - me and Mr B are both trying to work full time, do school full time, keep house and all the other stuff and failing mostly at all of it

plus he's trying to do a second masters and build a garden room

Don’t be jealous, your day of retirement will come as well, like mine did

And I realise how hard it must be too, doing home schooling ,working from home etc

if one more person tells me thy are running out of things to clean i'm going to cry!

In the early days of all this the temptation was for many to be the perfect all rounder but the truth isn't always like that.

Do what you can and don't beat yourself up for things you may neglect.

I have repaired the dog crate in the car (bottom fell out) with much drilling and hammering and changed all the throw over covers on the 3 piece.

I've been working since 7.30 and trying to help with home-schooling as well. Luckily Little Tiggs had some help with his fraction multiplication on Zoom an hour ago. I tried to help yesterday and failed miserably :o(

I've given up with housework, just too tired. Haven't got a clue what to have for dinner but I'm sure I'll find something.

Just having a 10 minute break from work now.

Just finished work started at 5am, quick coffee then walk 2 dogs do the housework cook dinner and think about work tomorrow

Rather smelly job for me today ☺☺☺
Cleaning pond filter thoroughly including replacing sponge filters. Overhaul pond pump.

Bobbi my boy loves the car crate and car rides as did his brother. I did try having an indoor crate when they were pups but although I did all the right things they hated it so I got rid.

Same here Bobbie, sometimes a bunch of fiddly things feels as much an accomplishment as the big things.

I don't always like putting some of my tops in the washer Bobbisox, I prefer to wash them by hand and jeggings too as the black ones run something awful! Better make a start I think or I know I'll never do them.

Lola loves the car and she happily lies on the back seat on her cover, she has her own seat belt , she cried terrible when we ‘crated’ her when she was a puppy
