Humax Box Problem

Help please.
When I replay a recording it won't let me fast forward if the programme is longer than one hour.
I recorded dancing on ice tonight. Watched it later. Fast forwarded ok through adverts and boring bits. Theprogramme was 1'50" long. When it reached one hour I couldn't fast forward any further. Also it changes on screen the remaining length of the programme. It changed it to one hour and it treated the recording as if it was live.
It has done this a few times. Anyone any ideas please.

Was it still recording when you had finished the first hour? You can’t fast forward then. Sorry if that seems obvious. It’s never happened to me.
