morning one and all, i hope that you are in good spirits and that your day is a good one.

I have new living room furniture coming today hopefully, so that will take me a while to juggle it all, as to where i can store the old and install the new, that will likely take me half the day. If there is time and the weather is good i might treat myself to lunch out, this does depend on what time the items turn up. After much phoning round yesterday, i have got a charity to take the unwanted but still relatively new items away so they can be given to those in need, which i am happy about. They won't arrive till 22nd but at least i know the items will go to good homes.

i think the GP is phoning me today, will have to check the calendar, to see if i am all right and the good news is my Blood pressure is down to a reasonable level, which i am happy about.

How are you managing to sleep in this warm weather? I managed a few hours but I could do with a few more!

Morning Emmie. Can’t sleep as too painful when I lie down. Also have charity turning up today to collect huge bag of clothing/bedding that I’ve made up - they come to this area once a month to collect unwanted items for needier people(is needier even a word??).

i am actually warmer now than i was in the night time, which might mean a warm and sunny day ahead, i hope so, provided i get my furniture stuff sorted out beforehand.

Fractured rib, for which there is absolutely no treatment - has to heal on its own x

oh dear, you are in the wars smow. touch wood i have never had a fracture or breakage of bones, i can only imagine the pain, i am not sure how i would manage to do things if i did, living alone has its pitfalls.

I am the most accident prone person you will ever meet! Mr smow says he’s amazed they didn’t discharge me with a 3 metre roll of bubble wrap!!

good idea, though i think if you bubble wrapped yourself, how would you get anything done. I know you have been in the wars, but hopefully the rib will heal soon than later.

two sets, nest of tables, so six tables in all, i actually have quite a large space and i decided to go for broke and order something i actually liked, though what i have currently is ok, i decided that it didn't fit with the room and its décor. so Bright Sparks a charity will pick up the old stuff on the 22nd July and give to those in need, and i can have the space as i want it.

Just working today, Emmie, and then overtime tonight if I can keep myself awake. I really need to put some hours in this weekend.

it means storing the furniture indoors until it can be collected next thursday, i mean its not that old either, barely six months, but i prefer hopefully what i have ordered and should come today.
