they've all been murdered......
Not since Cully sang The Galloping Major.

I'm still squirming for the poor thing.
I do.
I never watched it at the time
We have relatives in Sweden who are obsessed with it.
only to be amused by sykes the dog . . .
I watched it on Sunday and it was TRULY AWFUL. I can't think of anything good to say about it. The plotline was stupid and it was really boring. I think Neil Dudgeon is very wooden too. I DID enjoy the programme before it though with all the clips from the last 25 years. For all the ABers who are now going to say I needn't watch it, I won't in future!!!
It was better with John Nettles.
Of the ones I've seen some episodes are better than others.
In a couple you could see the plot twist coming a mile off
In those posh villages there seemed to be great racial diversity. Is that as improbable as some of the plots?

Yes it is. We live in a rural village too. It was far better when John Nettles was Tom Barnaby. The plots now are ridiculous and very complicated. We won’t be watching again.
