Finally getting around to watching it. I remember really enjoying Breaking Bad but it was years ago and cannot remember the end and what happened to Saul. We have watched 2 episodes and is looking good, but cannot remember Chuck. Can anyone give me a headup ?
Chuck wasn't in Breaking Bad. Better Call Saul is Saul's (Jimmy) story from before he was involved in Breaking Bad right through to beyond the last episode of Breaking Bad - and you find out what happens to Saul at the very end of the series. I loved the whole saga.
Chuck is a new character he isn’t in breaking bad… he is the elder brother of Jimmy mcgill, which who Saul was before he took on the Saul Goodman identity
at the end of breaking bad Saul takes advantage of that identity faker contact he has (the one who owns a vacuum repair shop) to escape Albuquerque and take on a new identity in the northwest somewhere… he makes a joke about managing a cinnabon but in the black-and-white opening of better call saul that’s where he is
you are in for a treat! Better Call Saul is one of my favourite shows ever!! I think it’s even better than breaking bad
yes as above, BCS is basically split between How Saul Goodman is created from Jimmy McGill and his life at the Cinnabon bakery which is basically after he disappears in Better call Saul (usually in black and white). Yes Chuck is his older brother with some sort of phobia involving electricity. You're in for a treat, terrific show.
