Bought the wee basic mobile and as £10 would do me nearly a year I got a fella in the phone shop to set it up for me so I asked him to ring my house I knew that a pound or two would go I was astonished when he told me I have to top up ten pounds every month. Surely that is like a contract. This phone was to be in my car for emergency. Now I can't use it at all

You have bought a £10 deal that lasts for one month. At the end of the month you can pay another £10 or go elsewhere - it is not a 12 month contract.

With this one you have to top up £10 every 120 days, so that will cost you £30 a year
The first SIM was faulty. He put a new one in and got the voucher going. I just tried to phone myself in the house and I couldn't hear the ring tone of the mobile. I tried my friend but I couldnt hear her. Im very depressed and I have returned it argos. I'm fed up of being deaf as the audiologist has told me my hearing has gone down from the knock on my head.
