 in Azerbaijan.  The UK's delegation included 354 Government officials or ministers. The remaining 116 included representatives from Crown dependencies and British overseas territories, business figures, policy experts and journalists.

How can this be justified?  France sent 115.

I can't see why you'd even need more than 4 people there from UK, never mind 354.

I really hope they are all "working people"? Expect it's been a total jolly for most: business class flights, 5* hotel, sumptuous food and the inevitable local 'hospitality'.😂
