I've watched one of my kids knock over a whole table of drinks 🍸 (I'm going to need therapy after this), had a main course followed by a starter and watched a cat 🐈 eat a lizzard 🦎 (did I mention I'm going to need therapy?). 

How's your Christmas been? 🎄

I need therapy!!

But that's a year long requirement, every year!!

Christmas has been enjoyable, but I can't wait for all to *** off and leave me to my own devices🙄

Better than I was fearing. Morning: a couple of visits, church, a walk where I bumped into some friends and had a chat. Then lunch with my brother in law, his partner and her family. The food was fine, the conversation generally non-political. One odd conspiracy theory about Bill Gates buying farmland in Ukraine. And a surprise, the older sister wants to move to Portugal for tax reasons, which seems a bit drastic.

I came here to dodge Christmas, 1ozzy. 

drmorgans, there are plenty of tax havens around, why Portugal? And why would BG want farmland in Ukraine 🇺🇦 ? Sounds dodgy 🤨

Portugal? Bill Gates? I don't know, other than she is a bit mad / has early stage dementia. I don't ask, because I don't care and the explanation is likely to be baffling.

Oh right, I understand now. 👍 I didn't realise she had dementia but it makes sense now.

I don't know that she does but she says some odd things.

I spent most of it in bed with a heavy cold. Chicken curry as late Christmas Lunch.

Oh poor you, Canary. I woke with a bad throat but attributed that to 9 hours on a plane.
