80s (I think) UK kids' programme

I remember watching a programme when I was young - I think it must have been sometime around the early 1980s - but I have no idea what the programme actually was and I've never found anyone that knows (except my brother - so I know I didn't dream it :D - but he doesn't remember what it was either). I think it had all sorts of weird and (to a kid!) funny stuff, but the bits I remember were these unsual funny inventions: There was something called Floppy Flakes in one and Shunt-a-grunt (for making rude sounds in class) and Eater-feeter (to remove foot odour) The slogan being "eater feeter make life sweeter"
So, maybe someone out there can finally solve this mystery for me :)

Can you describe the program a bit more? Presenters? Was it part of another tv show?

Aside from the date being totally out, it sounds a bit like this one.

The weird inventions are the only thing I can remember - but I don't think it had presenters as such, I think it was more like acted by kids. And none of the inventions were meant to be serious like "It'll Never Work" - more like all meant to be jokes. But thanks for the responses anyway :D
could it be a programme called bods or something like?
Might have been "So You Want To Be Top", it had lots of spoof adverts for school-related inventions.

I'd never have remembered that name - I still don't recognise the name - but after I looked it up it does look like that was what it was! Thanks!
