T-shirt on Eastenders last night

Does anyone know where i could get hold of a t-shirt like the one 'Deano' was wearing on Eastenders last night? It was blue with a stadium (wembley maybe?) and the words 'we still believe' written on it. There were a lot of other references to the world cup on the show last night so i assume its a world cup shirt. Have tried Googling the wording but not coming up with anything. If any of you have seen these shirts anywhere could you let me know.
