After Rose said she loved the Doctor - she breaks down into tears and her mum runs to comfort her with the pair of them hugging and the Land Rover in the background, you can see the foot of a 5th person step out briefly in front of the right rear tyre of the vehicle - wonder who it was?

I did not notice I was too caught up in the moment. But perhaps it was Jake a member of the resistance Mickey teamed up with. As he was with them when they left.:-D
It was a brilliant but very sad ending but I look forward to seeing Catherine Tate in the Christmas episode.Roll on Torchwood.:-D

Just watched it and you are right - for a very brief moment we see a foot appear and then disappear. I don't think it was meant to happen - my guess is it was just a crew member hiding from shot who had the fidgets.
