Pete doing Shakespeare

Does anyone else think it was really mean of BB to give Pete the Shakespeare task? I felt really sorry for him last night when he was saying that he couldn't recite the scene without swearing or twitching. He seems so worried about it, not good for his self confidence is it? Rather cruel me thinks!

it probably sounds really patronising of me, but it breaks my heart when he obviously cant stop twitching and swearing. he looks like he is in pain...and really knackered .i thought it was cruel of them.

Yeah I felt for him also as he got more and more frustrated over it, I just wanted to hug him and could feel his anger and frustration. I actually saw Mikey in a bit of a different light when he was in the living room with him and trying to help.
The thing is he chose that without knowing what was in the envelope, I think maybe a better idea would have been to either, have chosen 3 HM's (one not being pete) to pick an envelope and then picked a partner, this would have given Pete the chance to say that he wouldn't be able to manage it. Or that they just let them pick partners and pick a subject together.
They passed the task over all tho, I think they all worked very hard to achieve that, I don't think I would have been able to learn any of those subjects in such a short space of time.
I thought it was quite sweet when Glynn was in the DR and told them he felt proud of Richard and Suzie over their effort in trying to learn Welsh :o)

I agree about Mikey, wingnut, shame he has to be such an argumentative swine the rest of the time!!!
And as for the envelope picking being "random", I have serious doubts, we all know how sneaky BB are and the task that each person got was the most ubsuited/annoying for them and that seems one heck of a coincedence to me!

I think you may get your wish tonight as I think Suzie may have put the final nail in her coffin by the way she was insulting the welsh and their own language last night! lol

yes but he chos the task at random, he could of got anything so i dont think it is fair to blame big brother...but in the end he did alright with only three words rong...i was proud of him!! did thin his "why is shakespeare so famous, he doesn't even speak english" comment was funy tho'.!
