how did they solve a problem like maria?
i didnt watch any of this so have now idea how the process worked, but i bought the stage yesterday and its full of congratulations for connie, a musical theatre graduate. surely the fact that she graduated in the art made her a shoe in, and probably would have meant that she would get a similar job reguardless of the show. was the programme not something for people that havent had the opportunity to be in and go to musical auditions?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.i know. i thought this too. fair enough she was probabl great for the role. but i didnt like the way andrew llyod webber told the other girls they were "just too inexperienced" and "not ready". wasnt that the point of the show? to cast a girl in a different way to usual. he might as well have just auditioned professionals if that was all he wanted.
