it was reported yesterday that Eton Road and Ray from Simons group were also with management so they may be disqualified, when will they learn that they can't cheat the system they always get found out, I suppose it may be on this weeks show.

Any opinions?

So far all i've read is that everyone is denying it ... mind you i first about read it in NOTW and they reported that Fred (Corry) was made out to be a bigamist..he didn't even get to the altar LOL!!!!

How does Rays acting management (presuming he is) fit into this? Does it have any effect?

i still don't see how they can't kick them out when they disqualified Avenue, it wouldn't be fair

I think some of the original disqualification came about due to the fact that the 'management' of the first band had once worked on the X-factor himself.
As it would be against the rules for anyone involved with the show to enter/help other entrants etc, this might explain why the cases are being treated differently.

Yep, Kick them out then they can bring the Brothers back, they should have been in the final 4, I though they were fab, if they get rid of Ray then they can give the cute kid the spot, the one that couldn't sing a whole tune until he got to Simons pad then he was fab
