Does anyone remember the show where a group of builders go into do work on a house and keep having tea break Then they all go on holidays to Spain and leave the couple with their house half done. Plez some heeeelp my head is wreacked trying to remember. ps there was an Irish guy in it.

Sounds like "Cowboys", with David Kelly (who also played the Fawlty Towers builder O'Reilly) as Wobbly Ron.
