Song and arrangement didn't do them justice but would have got rid of the Macdonald brothers myself. Once it came down to Dionne or the Unconventionals, it had to be them because she shouldn't have been bottom two

Dreadful. They deserved to go tonight but they were very gracious in defeat which was quite refreshing. I'm not a fan of Ashley either and I couldn't really understand why Ray went through either because he was quite weak. Mind you , he is very young I suppose. I thought that Leona was quite outstanding tonight. I didn't hear what she was like in previous auditions but based on tonight's performance , she was excellent. I love the MacDonald brothers (not just because I am Scottish). They are cheeky charmers and I hope that they do well. I thought that they were quite good tonight and there were far worse acts than them tonight. The right act was booted off tonight. They were a novelty but it was time to go.

As the betting reflects, Ben, Leona and Ashley were the big winners tonight.

Didn't get to see any of it, but the Unconventionals must have sounded pretty bad to have got booted off - I think the novelty of them being a jumbled group of people would have carried them through a few weeks if they had sang ok.

enigma, I think Leona is great - she has stood out for me from the bootcamp stage, so am not surprised to hear she sang well tonight.

I agree with you Metz , the Motown songs proved to be quite challenging for a lot of the acts tonight and some of them struggled a bit. Maybe with other songs they will shine in future episodes.

Zipadeedodah - The unconventionals were pretty bad. They just couldn't hold a tune tonight at all. If you had watched it , you may have found yourself checking to make sure that you didn't have blood running out of your ears ! I thought that Leona was in a league of her own tonight because she just seemed to stand out from all the others. Pure class. My opinion may change as the weeks go on but based on tonight's performance , she gets my vote.

I had a �10 bet at 20-1 the Unconventionals would go and seconds after they finished, the odds dropped to 5-2 RESULT!!!!! Mind you I thought that guy wi the beard was lucky not to get voted off...

Don't particularly like Ashley or his voice, thought Leona, Nikita and Dionne (who I didn't much care for in the audtions) were all fab, didn't think much of Robert or Ray (He's still the creepy priest wannabe kid from Brookie to me!) but am grudgingly starting to like Ben, and I quite like Eton Road - I just wish the 'odd' one (as Simon put it) wouldn't try and act like Shirley Bassey when he sings!
The Unconventionals deserved to go as I don't think Dionne should've been in the bottom 2 anyway - they sounded jumbled up , and like Sharon said, too many voices all at once!!

helliebobs I agree, Dionne was rather good. What a mess the Unconventionals were. Some of the singers ( a couple of the guys) actually had great voices on their own. Why oh why did they stick together for the auditions? I would have gone it alone.

I think as many of you have mentioned Leona stood out by far - and she has the natural ability to sing. I'll be supporting her till the end! She deserves it.

I didnt like Ashley previously but i thought he sung really well - even though im not keen on his attitude.

Ben did really well! I was very impressed.

Robert was good - and he's just like a cute, over excited school boy.

I think Nikita was weak - i think ballads suit her voice a lot more and she's able to sing with a lot more emotion.

I thought 4sure were pretty good.

Ray, Kerry, McDonalds Bros in particular were all a bit rubbish and forgetful.

And the Unconventionals were awful - so yes im glad they went.

the Unconventionals were awful - DIABOLICAL - and lthough I'm Scottish I thought the McDonald brothers were weak and Kerry's song choice as weak. I thought Leona was ace and i liked robert too but I thought Ray was weak and couldn't help thinking that's the kid who murdered the girl bully.

The Unconventionals sounded awful, looked weird as an ensemble and the arrangemetn was horrendous - what was Louis thinking. they reminded me of those two wirdo's who auditioned and were music teachers called the dramatics or something equally lame and changed key about every 5 seconds and into the wirdest discordant keys out - they said you'll either love us or hate us - the4 choice wasn't hard then - HATE HATE HATE
