Tales of the Unexpected
Which episode was your favourites, i remember being quite worried when they were on. Three that stick in my mind
the one where Joan Collins gets her head stuck in the garden ornament and her husband has to rescure her or does he chop her head off.
The one where Timothy (can't remember surname), over uses royal jelly and turns into a bee.

The farmer agrees, but then finds he can't get it out of the barn. So believing that the dealer only wants the legs, the farmer saws the antique into bits. The dealer's reaction was class.
I've been recording them off Sky lately. Excellent stuff.
I haven't seen it recently but my favourite was about a well known thief who is fresh out of jail. He is hired by a famous safe company who want to demonstrate that their safes are unbreakable. They put a big diamond in the safe and the thief sets about trying to break into the safe, which I think is aired on TV. He spends hours and hours trying to break in and even ends up accidently welding the doors together trying to get in. He admits defeat and goes home. The safe company then struggle to break in because of the welded doors but eventually get in only to discover the diamond is gone. The episode ends with the thief saying to a friend that he was never a safe-breaker but a pick pocket - the diamond was never in the safe, but his pocket, and the weld was done on purpose so he could get away with the diamond :)

Joan Collins was in another episode as well (with Pauline Collins). An old, but very wealthy, businessman takes a liking to her and spoils her rotten but she starts having flings. He catches her out and to get him to feel sorry for her and forgive her she plans to take an overdose but to get Pauline to give him a note so he can come round and save her from death. Pauline does give him the note but via Royal Mail.... and she ends up with him instead ;)
