Kellogs Crunchy Nut Lane advert

This has been driving me mad!!! In the Kellogs Crunchy Nut advert... who does the voice-over? I can't decide if it's Stephen Mangan who played Guy in 'Green Wing' or Robert Webb as in 'Mitchell and Webb' and 'Peep Show'. Does anyone know??

im the daughter of fat rascal and i really dont think it is robert webb, though i do think it may well be the man from green wing.. does sound kind of familiar.

I'm 100% sure that it's the guy out of Green Wing, don't know his name though.
